Terms and Conditions for Booking a Property with UDIR
1. General Terms
By making a booking through UDIR, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking. These terms apply to all bookings made on our website, through any associated third-party platforms, or directly with our customer service team.
2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from UDIR.
2.2. The confirmation email will contain your booking details, including the property address, check-in and check-out dates, and any additional services requested.
2.3. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Full payment for the booking is required at the time of confirmation unless otherwise specified.
3.2. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as offered by UDIR.
3.3. Failure to make the required payment may result in the cancellation of the booking.
3.4. All payments are processed in the currency specified during the booking process.
3.5. Any booking amendments or additional services will be charged separately and must be paid for in advance.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
4.1. Cancellations must be made in writing (email or through the booking platform) and are subject to the following conditions:
Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 10%.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
4.2. Guests may request modifications to their booking, including changes to dates or property type, subject to availability and any associated fees.
4.3. UDIR reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of force majeure or if the property becomes unavailable for any reason. In such cases, guests will be offered alternative accommodations or a full refund.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
5.1. Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards, and check-out time is by 12:00.
5.2. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested but is subject to availability.
5.3. Upon arrival, guests may be asked to present a valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) for verification.
5.4. Keys, access codes, or other entry details will be provided upon check-in.
6. Property Use and Responsibilities
6.1. The property must be used only for the purposes outlined in the booking confirmation.
6.2. Guests are expected to treat the property and its contents with respect. Any damage, loss, or theft of property will be charged to the guest’s account.
6.3. UDIR is not responsible for any personal items left behind by the guest. Guests are encouraged to ensure all valuables are secured before check-out.
6.4. The maximum number of occupants allowed at the property is 2/bed. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
6.5. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed on the property unless explicitly authorized by UDIR.
6.6. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the property. Designated smoking areas may be provided outdoors.
7. Safety and Security
7.1. Guests are responsible for ensuring their own safety and the safety of other occupants while on the property.
7.2. UDIR is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur on the property during the guest's stay.
7.3. Guests are required to comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
7.4. The property may be equipped with security devices such as cameras or alarms for safety reasons. These devices will not record audio and are placed only in common areas.
8. Pet Policy
8.1. Pets are not allowed on the property unless otherwise specified in the booking details.
9. Noise and Behavior
9.1. Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and avoid excessive noise.
9.2. Disruptive behavior, including loud noise, offensive language, or other disturbances, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund.
10. Housekeeping and Maintenance
10.1. Guests will be provided with clean linens and towels upon arrival.
10.2. Cleaning services may be provided during longer stays, depending on the terms of the booking. Additional cleaning requests will incur extra charges.
10.3. Maintenance issues should be reported immediately to UDIR. We will make every effort to address issues promptly, but UDIR is not responsible for temporary interruptions in services like electricity or water.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. UDIR will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling the terms of this agreement due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
12. Liability
12.1. UDIR is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during a stay at the property, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or damage to personal property.
12.2. The guest agrees to indemnify and hold UDIR harmless from any claims arising from their use of the property.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
13.1. UDIR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to guests, and the updated Terms and Conditions will be applicable to all bookings made thereafter.
